We are pleased to have completed our acquisition of commercial fleet electrification company, Revolv. This acquisition adds 13 operational sites and over 100 electric trucks to our fleet, and catapults Zenobē into a leading position in the North American commercial fleet and truck electrification sector.
The acquisition adds to our existing student transportation and public transit project portfolio in North America and signals confidence in commercial vehicle electrification across the United States and Canada.
We understand you may have questions about what this transition means for you. Whether you work with Revolv as a supplier or rely on Revolv as a customer, we’re here to make the move to Zenobē as smooth and transparent as possible.
We have up‑to‑date guidance on what’s changing, what’s staying the same and how this acquisition impacts you.

Zenobē is a global EV fleet and grid-scale battery storage specialist. The company began operations in 2017 and now employs over 380 people worldwide.
We support over 3,400 electric vehicles across 122 depots globally, from trucks, to transit buses and school buses and are the largest owner and operator of EV buses in the U.K., Australia and New Zealand. We are also the leading owner and operator of grid-scale batteries on the Great Britain transmission network with over 1GW of battery storage assets in operation or under construction. It’s this expertise in energy and transport that means we are well positioned to provide end-to-end services across fleet electrification.
In North America, we are accelerating the electrification of school bus, transit and now commercial vehicles and trucks, by making battery electric fleets accessible, optimized and futureproofed. You can read about our growing portfolio of international projects here.
We’re also building a circular economy for electric vehicle batteries by utilising them in second-life applications. and reusing them as portable power units.
This acquisition has been undertaken with the intention of continuing the strong partnerships that Revolv has established with its suppliers.
Importantly:
We are working to ensure that all suppliers are transferred into Zenobē’s accounting system. A member of the Zenobē team will contact you to progress this in a timely and collaborative manner.
Our objective is to ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to supply or services.

Zenobē’s focus is on ensuring operational continuity and operating these assets as contractually agreed between the customers and Revolv. We are working to ensure a seamless transition to Zenobē’s accounting system and do not anticipate an immediate impact on billing cycles. If you have any questions, please reach out to the contact in your introductory email or contact contact@zenobe.com
