Our manifestos

Explore our vision for the policy and regulatory changes needed to decarbonise energy and transport

Leading the charge in energy and mobility transition

We’ve spoken to MPs, civil servants and industry to create a clear strategic vision for energy and transport. Our manifestos contain concrete policy proposals that can be implemented at speed and at scale in the UK.

Enacting these changes will build permanent capacity to maximise our abundant renewable energy, and accelerate the electrification of the UK’s bus and truck fleets. That means less wasted energy and cleaner, cheaper transport.

Zenobē is already making a difference. With the right policy support, we can go further and faster, cutting energy bills and making the UK a global leader in clean electric transport.

Network Infrastructure Manifesto

The UK currently wastes enough clean, renewable energy resources to power 1.2m homes every year. To stop this waste, we need energy storage. We need to be able to store electricity to cover windless and sunless periods. Large scale battery storage can provide a permanent solution to integrate intermittent renewable energy into the grid. The sector’s growth hinges on updating regulations and fine-tuning market structures, not subsidies. Our manifesto sets out five steps that Government, Ofgem and the System Operator must take to ensure this happens.

Electric Vehicle Manifesto

Our Electric Vehicle Manifesto sets out a strategic plan to electrify public transport and trucks to curtail emissions and pivot towards a sustainable transit system. With clear policies and steady support, we aim to bolster the shift to electric, driving progress on a national scale.
