Zenobē wins "Refinancing of the Year" at the IJInvestor Awards 2022

We are proud to be the winner of the Refinancing of the Year Award at the JIGlobal IJInvestor Awards (7 December 2022) for our £241 million multi-source debt structure. The first-of-its-kind debt structure has allowed us to refinance our existing fleets and finance 430 more electric buses in the UK and Ireland. With this innovative financing deal, Zenobē has been able to expand its fleet electrification activities, decarbonising local transport and making clean transport accessible and affordable for more passengers.

The finance deal was structured by NatWest and legally advised by Allen & Overy.
