California
Summary: HVIP is for the deployment of zero-emission and near-zero-emission technologies. HVIP accelerates commercialization by providing point-of-sale vouchers to make advanced vehicles more affordable.
Funding amount: $55.5 Million, Standard HVIP

Summary: Established as part of a settlement with Volkswagen, the Trust will provide funding to mitigate these excess emissions through the replacement or repower of older heavy-duty vehicles, engines and equipment with zero-emission and other clean technologies.

Summary: The California Energy Commission’s Clean Transportation Program announces grant funding for projects that install electric vehicle charging infrastructure for electric school buses. The program has three funding lanes to apply through.

Summary: The California Clean Fuel Reward rebate will be available statewide to help fleets access and deploy zero-emission electric technology. It provides a point-of-sale price reduction for customers who buy or lease new battery-electric medium- and heavy-duty Class 2b–Class 8 vehicles for commercial use in California.

Summary: MOR-EV is dedicated to making electric vehicles (EVs) more affordable for Massachusetts residents, businesses and non-profit organizations to help achieve clean transportation goals and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and provide more equitable access to EVs.

Michigan
Summary: EGLE is offering grants for projects that will reduce diesel emissions by replacing old vehicles, engines, and equipment, with all-electric vehicles and equipment, focusing on local government fleets, recycling vehicles, compost and food waste recovery vehicles, agriculture, and irrigation equipment. Both public and private entities will be eligible to apply for funds to support eligible projects.

New York
Summary: NYTVIP provides vouchers, or discounts, to fleets across New York State that purchase or lease medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission battery electric vehicles. Currently funding is only available for non-road equipment.

Summary: NYSBIP is a voucher incentive program which will accelerate the deployment of zero-emission school buses and charging infrastructures throughout New York State.

Summary: The NYCCTP offers rebate incentive funding to reduce diesel exhaust emissions by replacing older, heavy polluting diesel trucks with new battery-electric or EPA emission compliant alternative fuel, including compressed natural gas, diesel-electric hybrid, plug-in hybrid electric and diesel trucks.

Summary: Program for medium- and heavy-duty and non-road vehicle operators in New York State looking to install charging stations to electrify their fleets. Under the MHD Pilot, Participants can earn incentives of up to 90% of utility-side infrastructure costs and up to 90% of customer-side costs for qualifying projects to mitigate the cost of developing EV charging capacity.

Oregon
Summary: The ZERO Fleet program offers a rebate for Oregon businesses, non-profits and government entities who purchase or lease electric medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

Texas
Summary: The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is accepting applications for the Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program (TxVEMP). This program offers grants to replace or repower eligible diesel-fueled vehicles with all-electric models, including support for necessary charging infrastructure.

Summary: The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is offering up to $55.4 million in rebate funding for the replacement of existing internal combustion engines (ICE) Class 6 and 7 vehicles with zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) through the North Texas Zero Emissions Vehicles (NTxZEV) Call for Projects (CFP).
