Zenobē was pleased to attend the UK Bus Summit on Thursday, with Bradley Fox, Director of EV Fleet for the UK and the Nordics, participating in the panel event ‘How technology is making bus the obvious choice for carbon reduction and customer experience’.
The session, chaired by Max Sugarman, Chief Executive of Intelligent Transport Systems UK, brought together forward-thinking voices from across the transport and technology sectors to explore how digital innovation is reshaping the role of buses in the journey to net zero.
Bradley shared Zenobē’s experience delivering end-to-end electrification solutions for bus operators and local authorities across the UK and beyond, highlighting how smart charging, battery optimisation, and access to informative data are not only driving down emissions, but also improving fleet performance and passenger experience.
His contributions sat alongside powerful insights from Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, and senior leaders from Vix Technology, Wrightbus, and Snapper Services – each offering a unique perspective on how to make public transport more efficient, attractive and sustainable.
For Zenobē, the session reinforced the critical importance of collaboration – between government, technology providers, and operators – to scale up the zero-emission transition. With clean buses playing a central role in delivering healthier cities and a better customer journey, Zenobē remains committed to enabling the shift through cutting-edge solutions and long-term partnerships.
Bradley Fox, Director of EV Fleet for the UK and the Nordics, said: “At Zenobē, we’ve seen firsthand how smart charging, battery optimisation and real-time data are transforming bus operations. Emissions are being cut while performance and passenger experience are enhanced.
“Moving forwards, if we are to complete the transition to zero-emission fleets then collaboration between government, technology providers and operators is essential. Events like the UK Bus Summit are a powerful opportunity to drive us toward cleaner, more connected cities.”
