Due to our expansion rate, we are looking for a Product Owner to join the team and help us to continue to develop and iterate our bespoke software platform. You will be responsible for managing our feature intake process and grooming the backlog, ensuring that all tasks are prioritised and completed on-schedule and to scope. You will work closely with all areas of the business to ensure requirements are documented and submitted for each new feature as well as contributing regular feedback on the product direction.


  • Management of development backlog including prioritisation of tasks
  • Ownership of feature requests and customer personas
  • Creation user stories and tasks in Jira
  • Lead regular, weekly backlog reviews with development team
  • Sync with internal teams to ensure their needs are being met
  • Creation of Product Requirement Documents for all new features
  • Become the voice of the platform within the company
  • Work with product strategists to refine wireframes and product UX


  • Understanding of Agile development processes
  • SaaS background, including business support
  • Fully fluent in Confluence and Jira
  • Experience running software projects including defining scope and completion dates
  • Experience supporting Product specialists
  • History of working with external development partners
  • Able to collaborate with external customers in order to refine scope of a project
  • Full understanding of scrum process

Desirable but non-essential skills:

  • Knowledge of the EV market
  • AWS experience
  • Front-end design experience
